1. Acceptance
By accessing this site or using the products of Tentoni Labs (operated by PESSOA & TENTONI IT CONSULTING LTDA, CNPJ 42.063.235/0001-72) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. The services
Tentoni Labs provides software as a service: Tentoni Fiscal (issuing tax documents by API), Etiqueta Unificada (composing shipping labels and the simplified DANFE) and, coming soon, Tentoni ERP. The description, status (available or coming soon) and prices of each appear on the product pages and in the chosen contract or plan.
3. Registration and account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, keep your credentials safe and answer for what is done with your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for unlawful activity, fraud, issuing false tax documents, infringing third-party rights, attempting unauthorized access, deliberately overloading the infrastructure, or reverse engineering, except where the law allows.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation

6. Availability and support

7. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the tax data provided, for complying with tax law, and for choosing its tax regime and operations. Tentoni Labs is a tool and does not replace an accountant, tax advisor or lawyer.
8. Intellectual property
The software, brand and content of Tentoni Labs belong to the company. We grant the customer the right to use them during the contract, without transfer of ownership. Customer data remains the customer’s.
9. Privacy and data
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tentoni Labs is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages or failures caused by third parties, and total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the [12] months before the event. [review]
